Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Portal Games account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive your digital return authorization.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, removing any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
